Our Terms and Conditions are designed to protect all users, subscribers, customers, clients, businesses, brands, and all parties involved with the Street Scoop company as well as  to provide information about policies used with the Street Scoop brand. Our terms and conditions is a user agreement that provides protection for Street Scoop and all parties included. By submitting content, comments, reviews, or information,  media or otherwise, you agree to the terms and conditions of the Street Scoop web page.

Common items in this terms and conditions agreement allow or not allow Street Scoop to reserve the right to:

• Withdraw and/or cancel services, and make final financial transactions.
• Manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
• Own the rights to all original digital media or otherwise created by Street Scoop, & reposting, or using the content or information in any way is forbidden and unlawful. Offenders will be held accountable.
• Street Scoop own the right to share, retain, or repost digital media, information, or otherwise shared with Street Scoop from our subscribers, social media followers, emails, and all Street Scoop portals.
• Unlawful behavior will not be tolerated including digital piracy, cyberbullying, threating behavior or any act that may be consider unlawful & unjust. All crimes will be reported.
• Street Scoop reserves the right to disable user accounts, as well as  delete unwanted media content & information.
• Street Scoop reserves the right to reuse the opinions, comments & reviews of the Street Scoop subscribers for the Street Scoop Journal and blog websites.
• Posting this policy confirms an agreement between Street Scoop & the Street Scoop users for acceptance of our terms & conditions, as well as our privacy policy.
• These terms & conditions were created to protect the rights off the Street Scoop LLC company & brand as well as the Street Scoop users & subscribers.
• Information shared with Street Scoop including email, payment or social media information will not be unlawfully used or distributed.
